PTBP Resin or Neoprene Grade Resin SUPRA-NG - 1001

(Adhesive Resin equal to HYLAC-HSR-6411/6414/6415 Grade)

SUPRA-NG-1001 is alkyl phenol heat reactive resin supplied in Lumps or flakes form. This has been designed for upgrading Neoprene based content adhesives in terms of Thermal stability. This resin can be directly mixed in Rubber solutions. It is soluble in Aromatic, hydrocarbons Ketones, esters and in aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Suggested Formulations

This resin reacts with Magnesium Oxide to form a modified resin and a correctly formulated Adhesive incorporating NG-1001 would give Excellent Bond strength which show no deterioration at high temperatures up to 60°C.
