It is a two pack system based on oleo-resinous binder and leafing aluminium pigment given separately in paste form. Both are mixed at the time of application. Substrate ConditionSuitable primer like Red Oxide, Zinc Chromate and Red Oxide Zinc Phosphate Primer to be used. Surface should be dry & free from any contamination. Special InstructionAluminium paint can be applied by air less spray and brush. As it is applied at low film thickness, smaller tips should be employed. Do not apply over wet surface or under very humid conditions.
All the mixing equipment and compressor used must be free from moisture.
